Who are we?
We are an alliance of four local government authorities from Perth’s Inner South East corridor, focused on developing and advancing our region as one of WA’s Most Sustainable Corridor.
The South East Councils Corridor Alliance (SECCA) is a collaborative alliance between the Cities of Armadale, Canning, Gosnells, and the Town of Victoria Park. Located in Perth’s south-eastern metropolitan region, SECCA was established to advocate for coordinated infrastructure investment, strategic planning, and sustainable development across this rapidly growing corridor.
The alliance works collectively to address shared priorities such as transport connectivity, urban greening, economic development, and community wellbeing. By presenting a united voice, SECCA aims to influence state and federal decision-making to secure the funding and support needed for the region’s long-term success. The member councils are committed to shaping a connected, resilient, and prosperous south-east metropolitan area that meets the needs of current and future communities.
SECCA plays a vital role in ensuring growth is matched with the right infrastructure, services, and employment opportunities, helping to create a more liveable, inclusive, and economically vibrant future for the region
